How do I determine the right size for my dog's harness?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Please measure your dog's girth and neck circumference carefully to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.

What is your return policy for apparel and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that items showing signs of wear or pet hair cannot be accepted.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Are EzyDog products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by chewing, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, changes can only be made within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
